If you are a recipient of a bicycle as a result of a promotion or give-away, and have recieved a letter from Zane's asking you for information in order to deliver your bike, please fill out the form below to claim your bike.

If the fit letter you received has an Access Code at the bottom, enter it here to load your order information.

The PO Number is not an Access Code. If your fit letter does not have an Access Code, please type your order information into the form below.

Delivery of your bike will be delayed if you specify a commercial address but ship to a residential address.
